My system log is continuing to reflect these two entries. I have found a couple of KB articles but as usual, nothing that solves the problem. 5781 is the more prevelent of the two. Both are Netlogon Errors, 5781 says that Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more records failed because no DNS servers are available. These don't seem to be making a difference in anything but they continue to show up in the log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without knowing a little more about your network, the only thing i can suggest is:

Making sure that your DC has the correct DNS servers listed under your IP properties.

Make sure that DNS is setup correctly and capable of resolving machine names. Also, make sure it can accept dynamic changes

"A common cause for these errors is that a domain controller references itself as a primary DNS server in its TCP/IP properties. When the domain controller starts in this configuration, the Netlogon service may start before the DNS service starts. Because the Netlogon service must register records in DNS and the DNS service is not yet available, errors may occur. In this situation, you can safely ignore the errors because the Netlogon service will again try to register the records in approximately five minutes, at which time it will be successful."

I am still having this error Event ID 5781. It appears regularly every couple of hours. The DC does not reference itself as the primary DNS server, although it is in the IP prpoerties as the secondary. I have changed that as well and it seems to make no differecne. Microsoft has a KB article that says about what you did about being the primary DNS. It wants to change the registry on the server to add an entry to start netlogon after DNS starts. I am relatively new at this so I am reluctant to change the registry on the server. Any help would be appreciated.
