Event ID 4356 - Com+

This is an event in the event viewer on a Domain
Controller running Windows 2003. We are using Active
Directory. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix
it? It's happening every 15 minutes.

This can happen with MSMQ. Try restarting the subscriber.

Guy, or anyone else, what is MSMQ? and WHO or WHAT is the subscriber? I don't understand your answer.
