Event ID 3013 found in Event Viewer in NT 4.0 server

The redirector has timed out a request to Primary Domain Controller. Found this error in one of my backup server, with NT4.0. What is this error and how to resolve this error.

I am having the same problem. Thought it was my network card so I changed it. Still received the error. Thought it was a user on a Win2K PC with outdated drivers -- updated the nic card drivers and applied sp3. I continue to get this error message, like once a day. Reinstalled Compaq nic after problem continued with new nic. Only way to recover from this is to reboot server, which is a pain.

I have a compaq ml350 733 mhz server with 256mb ram. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. If anyone can shed any light on this issue I would be greatly appreciative.
