Event Id:2000

I am at the end of my patience. I ahve an NT$ server running service pack 6 that bombs intermitantly with :- event id:2000 the servers call to a system service failed unexpectedly.

hex as follows :-

Ok, I'll see if I can find something else to help....

What have you tried so far....???

I know it's obvious but have you tried reinstall of Service Pack....???

I have tried to reinstall servicepack more than once. I am now considering a rebuild
