event id 1004 faulting app svchost.exe

hello
just rebooted my win2003 server sp1 and obtained this error in event viewer
this server is a dedicated mail exch03 server
the error says "faulting module netapi32.dll"

i tested email etc - all seem to be ok
should i be concerned?
