Accpac 5.3 A (AR,AP and GL has SP2) (SM, IC and OE has SP3) We are using terminal services. The users received a get error and insert error. I had a look at the current event vierwe and see that Segate Info is having a similar error. I am considering reinstalling Accpac as some files must be corrupt. It first started when users could not export to Excel from Accpac General Legger (the excel option was mising although you could still export to Lotus or CSV etc.)

Get and Insert errors indicate data corruption.
Run a database verify and data integrity check.

Those symptoms are coincidental, but not necessarily related.

After doing what Ettienne says, re-run Accpac workstation setup, then copy C:\Windows\Crystal\*.* to C:\Windows\System32. It might be all you need.

Other people have reported that the SIB=0 error can be fixed by recreating the ODBC DSN's. You didn't say which database, but I'm assuming Pervasive. In that regard, make sure everything related to database setup uses UNC, not mapped drives.

Jay, we are running a SQL database. Will re run workstation set up.
