Event Based Scheduling on ReportNet MR1

Hi everybody !
I wanted to know how to schedule a report depending on an event (for example, a value change in a database) using ReportNet SDK. There's a Trigger method but i don't understand how it works...

In fact, i would like to know how to create an event that can "launch" a schedule...
In Reportnet, we can define the event that should be used by the schedule but how can we create it ?

Well, i am sorry to be a bit nervous but you are my last solution...

So, does anyone kwno how to create an event in ReportNet (the version doesn't matter i think...)?
