Event 'Attd Vec Mismatch'

I can see an event description 'Attd Vec Mismatch -VDN/Vec'
with Event Data 1 =0/0 and Event Data 2 =E8410.
I can't see what maybe causing this to occur. There is one night service VDN which has attendant vectoring but there doesn't sem to be any problem with the setup of this. Has anyone seen this before?
