Event 61 Print

The document <document name> owned by <user name> failed to print. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: <error code> (<error code in hex>).
3003 A StartDocPrinter call was not issued

I have checked on eventid.net but it was no help.
I have to reboot the server for anything to print after I get this. I have also tried to restart the spooler but that does not help either.
Any ideas how I can resolve this?
