EU24 pin out of cable - replacement cable 2

The customer misplaced the EU24 cable.

Does anyone know the pin outs so I can replace it? I guess it is not a straight thru cable.

or if not, what is the part number for the cable between the EU and the phone?

i believe it is just a regular patch cable.

No the cable between the phone and the EU24 is not just a regular patch cable. It has what appears to be a standard telephone jack, but with 3 pairs of wires (6 wires). I too need a replacement, anyone know where I can find one?

I think you guys missed the question; we both need the cable that goes from the phone to the EU24 - not from the power supply to the phone. As I have said above, the cable has 3 pairs of wires and a jack that is the same size as a regular phone jack. After pouring through Avaya's documentation, I found that the cable's part number is D6AP (or D6AP-87) with a suggested retail price of around $10 for a 7 foot cable. I am currently looking for a US vendor that carries the cable.

It is a 3 pair cable and it is fully crossed i am looking at that actual cable now:

6 pin Jack not sure what RJ # that is however here is the pinouts:

6 1

Looks like it is an RJ 11c only it's longer than the normal one, the ports on the phone and EU24 are deeper than wall jacks.
