EU24 and BLF buttons

I have a location that keeps having problems with their EU24 console and BLF Buttons what we are finding is that the receptionist can’t use the buttons to make or transfer calls. I believe that that all the other functions work fine in that she can see when they are on the phone etc..

Has anyone seen this? Is there a fix? We have BLF’s on the phones and this doesn’t seem to be an issue we have changed the phone and the eu24. they are on a 406v2 running 3.0(40).

Do they work for calling? they are setup as User : "John" ?

I had one have similar problems and a reboot or two fixed it (of the ipoffice)

Had a simalar issue and we upgrade to the trial version 3.0(43)

Have not had the problem reported since ask you supplier about this?

It is a listed bug in version 3.0(40)
