For some reason innoculate it 6 exchange realtime scanner is shutting down my services. To the point where users cannot log into the server anymore. What can I do about this problem?
Are you excluding the following directory from realtime scans on the Exchange server:
c:\Program Files\exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Queue (for the Exchange server only. Would cause email messages to randomly be locked in the queue)
No, it won't block email messages from being scanned. You're blocking the process in the server Realtime options not in the Mail Option Realtime options. They're two different things.
