ETL Tools - Old versions DataStage Hyperion Microsoft

I work in a small company in Australia and have been trying to build a management decision support

system, but the tools are so expensive. So after a year of trying to build using Open Source codes I

finally found a few options.

Buy older version software.

You can do a search on Google but I'll save you some trouble:

Does anyone know of other legitimate companies selling second hand software? It must be auditable and

legitimate as the above companies clearly are.
