Not as bad as it seems.....

Can anybody please recommend a way I can look at the traffic on a particular ethernet port on my firewall. I need to anylyze any IP that goes through the port (source and destination). I can do this on a pix running Debug Packet Inside/Outside but I need to run something similar on a Windows machine....

Help appreciated.

go to and download tcpview.
it shows all ports and their state;i.e.
time wait, listening, established, etc. and it gives the ip address for each.

There is a good packet sniffer called Ethereal, there's a windows version of it.
