Hi there,

Anyone can help me with this? In UNIX we can set a particular user to be forwarded to other email systems in the LAN. Eg,

#/etc/aliases
johnny johnny@abc.com johnny@mail.abc.com

The above statement will cause johnny@abc.com to be forwarded to another email system mail.abc.com. How to do this in Exchange?

Find your user in Active Directory Users and Computer, go to the Exchange General tab, Delivery Options...

Thanks for the help. However, is it possible not to create a mailbox or account for it? I want my server to just redirect the email to another local email server. This can be done on UNIX.

You don't need a mailbox or account, but you do need to create a Contact in Active Directory with an email address.

Thanks!!!! It worked. Thanks to all who responded.
