Estimated Hours Changed When Actual Work Changes

When we enter the actual work hours which exceeds the estimated work hours,
the estimated hours changes to match the actual work hours. We dont want tht
to happen. Any advice?

Sorry, I spent too long looking for a solution to the same problem with no luck. I ended up baselining the estimated hours and the field "baseline work" will not change, even though "actual work" takes precedence over "work."

Problem with this is that the baseline work field doesn't autosum subtasks - did you find a way around that?

I know this is a little late to be posting to this thread...
