established call without sound

Hi all

I have system Aura with Software Version: R016x.03.0.141.0
I have this scenario:
system is connected using ISDN PRI trunks with another PBX
when call arrives it is routed to hunt group with several extensions in coverage path.
And it works, but not all the time

From time to time (eg 1 of 10 calls) call is established but there is no sound in headphones.

When I do trace station for these calls I get this

Can you tell me what could be the reason for this?

I have a lot of VDN's, vectors, stations administered in the system but I'm facing this issue only on this VDN/vector.

you could have a flaky pri channel, do a list measurement ds1 log and then the pri board location, see if you have any errors on the board.

As far as I see, I have all zeros for all DS1 boards

Then you circuit is clean, but going to be difficult when only 1 out of 10 calls fail. The trace you posted is that a good call or bad?

it is trace of a bad call

status the station while the call is up. see what both media IPs are for good and bad calls

Maybe you have a G450 or medpro in the same network region but that is not routable
