Hello,
if you have a hardware documentation and it does not give reference to conversion of address then it is strange error.

Well this is a round-about solution, but running diag -> advanced diagnostics -> problem determination
Should decode most of the problem, and give you the area which is calling out the problem. It may be an SRN or other errorcode which will require a lookup in the errpt, but it should get you closer.
If that doesn't work, I can come up with some more things to look at.
