ESS Server License

I have a situation, we use S8700 ?CM3.0.1?as mainserver and IP connect,S8500 as ESS server. 2 S8500 as AES server?

we have all setup, we only use control A ethernet port of S8700s connect to LAN,S8500 ESS server has registerd to S8700 main server. we also setup 2 AES CTI link to 2 clan in to PN.

The 2 CTI link become down when we switch 2 PN in the control of S8500 ESS server.

I wonder is there something wrong in the ESS license?

Go to the license on RFA, make sure when you drop down to module 2, which is your ESS servers, and check that all the options are turned on.

But I have no right to get into the RFA page.

You know, it is NOT necessary to enable the "Computer Telephony Adjunct Links" in CM3.0 ,if use TSAPI. We cant confirm is, to setup a cti link ,what we must enabled in "customer-option", is it "Expert Agent Selection" or someone else?
