i recently swapped out an ESM on an existing DS4800 configuration. We upgraded the firmware level on this card to match with the other ESM in the enclosure, but now are seeing an error regarding the card's "configuration settings file".
Storage Manager sees a value for the other card (FD 00.52 03/08/2007), but nothing for the card recently added.
anyone know where i can get this file? support says it's in the ESM/HDD firmware zip file, but i'm not finding anything SM recognizes as a proper file.
thought i'd ask folks here before i go back to support...
