ESI phone systems

Anyone have experience with programming an ESI-50 phone system? We are trying to change an existing phone to ring when main number gets a call.
It is currently set to non ring. I am doing this as volunteer work for my church, have very little budget and I don't have any experience with the system. We downloaded the system administrator software, can see the extensions programmed in the system, but cannot figure out how to make changes.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You will have to have Installer access &/or software to be able to change this. When you do you will find what you need in Function 21.
