ESA for 911 or 9911 does not work. What did I do wrong?

This is a CS1000E on RLS7.5. The trace shows that 9911 is being sent to telco when dialing 911 or 9911. I have looked at several ESA examples but, not quite getting it. Here are the prints. Can someone tell me what is wrong?

Don't get it. The book shows mutiple ERL and states to use RLI. Can you be more specific like fix my print and repost. Im not a programmer and ours is out until the first of the year.

out and rebuild. When you get prompt ESRT just hit return then you will get RLI prompt and can enter 257


not sure if it will still work since it is using the same route but at least it will use RLI. If still not working, turn on DCH messages for route 0 and see what you get when you dial 911.
