I am setting up ESA and having an issue when dialing 9 911 that it does not show in ESA on the OSDN or audit. When I dial 911 it shows in ESA OSDN and the audit I think I need an entry 1 but the call fails when I have an entry 1 for 9911 . Also it appears that I could only have the OSDN on one phone is that correct?

I have an SPN for 911 but nothing for 11.
Here is my ESA, SPN, RLI and DGT

You need to set you RLB as a Local Termination, so it will dial 911 and use you ESA table.

Do you mean set LTER to Yes my RLI and use no DGT ?
Then when someone deial 9 911 it will sow in the ESA notification out go out the PRI via the ESA

That is correct, make LTER YES and use a DMI entry that has DEL 0 and inserts nothing.

BUT....Do not use DMI 0! I don't remember why exactly, but it won't work properly with ESA.
Create a new DMI (if you have to) that deletes nothing and inserts nothing.

In correct... It needs to be SPN 911.

911 will hit ESA, 9,911 will be 9 accesses BARS and 911 will hit the SPN.

jamie2 is right.
When you are using ESA you don't need an SPN 11. That was the old way of setting up 911 before the ESA feature was available.
