Odd one - I have working SX SFPs, but the 48-port SFP module in the 8300 recognises the first one I insert but no more.
It doesn't recognise it at the hardware level - Just reports "No GBIC".

I know it's not the SFPs, because it recognises either of them just fine if I only have 1 SFP in the blade.

I just put 4.1.2 on the box & modules.

What is your 48-Port SFP Module Name exactly? If it is a R-module, just trying to upgrade fpga version on that module. fpga is a firware for R-module.

Sarancha, I don't know what "fpga version" means, but I did upgrade the box to v4.1.2, including the module firmware.

The module is an 8348GB.

It's a mystery why the 48-port module will only recognise 1 SFP at one time. Not a very useful module currently...
