Errrr ! - Book in Word

When I start a booklet project in word 2003 I can't seem to figure out why the back of each page the content is upside down. I think if it was flipped around it may also fix the sequential numbering as well.

None of the previous posts provide help nor google or microsoft. I need someone with experience. thanks

Thanks for all the help. Again it doesn't work. I don't even have an option to print odd or even.

When i choose manual duplex it prints page 9 and thats ALL. It tells me to flip the page over and put back in, and I do then hit OK and nothing happens.

I'm sure you are all right so I am dropping this
