this is an error about the IBM.auditRMd ( the audit log resource manager ), and it's part of rsct.Have you installed the latest filesets for rsct? if you do a ps -ef|grep AuditRMd, do you still see it running?

I have problems too with: IBM.AuditRM, IBM.CSMAgentRM, IBM.ServiceRM, IBM.ERRM, glbd, IBM.DRM

They are not running.

The problem is: the system is cloned. So the HMC sees the same keys. This is the solution to generate new keys.

/usr/sbin/rsct/bin/rmcctrl -z
/usr/sbin/rsct/bin/rmcctrl -d
/usr/sbin/rsct/install/bin/recfgct -s
/usr/sbin/rsct/bin/rmcctrl -A
/usr/sbin/rsct/bin/rmcctrl -p
