For the past couple of hours I keep getting BUG 4393 messages and a lot of AUD 328 messages as well. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

sounds like you have an acd agent's phone that has an issue.... after the bug code, is there any other numbers?

Yes there is a TN listed after each message. The TNs are different after each of the errors. I thought that it was a single phone at first, but after looking though the history there are several different phones getting this error.
