Errors when trying to Sync

using activesync 3.5...i get an attention required when sync is run for calendar, contacts, tasks and notes...log file says...just started all of a sudden

"ERROR: Initialization of SSP 'Microsoft Outlook' failed. Error: 0x80180106.
ERROR: Unable to start SSP 'Microsoft Outlook'. Error code: 0x80180106"

You might need the newest version of ActiveSync. 3.7. Go to Microsoft's Website and download it. That might help. I know people who have had trouble with 3.5 and 3.7 cleared it up.
