Errors during upgrade to 5.6

I am currently upgrading from 5.5 to 5.6 and am recveiving the following error that I cannot identify:
System error. Unable to convert Document Sched. Payment. when upgrading AR/OE/IC. GL/AP/BK &TX ran through with no problems.

DB Verify did pick up errors, which I suspect is the problem, but I have no idea how to fix them:
ARCUS.NAMECITY Field Descriptor does not match database
OEORDH.SHPCITY Field Descriptor does not match database

I ran a data integrity and picked up the following errors:
AR - Orphan record IDCUST:[xxx] CNTPAYMNBR:[1] IDRMIT:[xxx] DATEBUS:[20000915] TRANSTYPE:
[11] CNTSEQNCE:[1]. Fixed.
OE: No detail records exist in Order Payment Schedules. ORDER xxx

Please can anyone provide some assistance? I have no idea where to go from here and this is urgent.

Database?
You need to rebuild the database, first try s dump/load.

Thanks Ettienne - it is MS SQL database. I have been trying to avoid doing a dump and load as it is 72Gbs and it takes forever. I guess I have no choice.
