I have open quickly help , because i am not Mitel 3300ICP specialist and we have this system very instable .

Problem this is :

from 3 week agoo , randonly extension when palce outgoing call after 0xxx recevice busy tone , same when external call to extension it ring when extension answer call disconnect .
no all user all time , 1-2-3 user at time
if i restart phone , sometime issue return on same phone , sometime go to other user
need restart system and for 2-3 day no problem

 
I think the user may be activating features.

When the issue exists, type the following maintenance command:

Locate Feature Extension XXXX (XXXX=extension number)

I not thing issue is feature enable from phone .
It is success to me , i have place outgoing call ok , after i have pace another outgoing call and block.

this alarm are only when issue is present , not when sistem work fine.
i have verify date-time same whem issue occurs
 
I'm only guessing but your problem seems like it might be a specific resource issue.

When that resource is in use the system fails.

I've seen something similar (symptom) with a bad DSP card

It is possible reset only this session without restart call server ?
 
The log is because a connection in the system already exists, most likely to a late or lost Close Tx/Rx. Which is what the last log you reported is talking about. There is a 10 second timeout before it gives up on the connection. You're hitting that. So you need to find out whose not responding. By the log, it mentions DN 458, who is that?

If you only see one set of these logs, but multiple phones get a busy tone, then it would point to a trunk not responding.

What type of system is it and how is it connected externally?
 
Connection is a ISDN PRI and ISND BRI , issue occur after connected via sip-trunk SIP CUCM R.8
You have special info for integrated Mitel with CUCM ?

Nope, but there's your problem. Sounds like they aren't acking a close request. Get a trace and look at it.
 
Thanx , sorry i have see that my system isn't Synchronize with PSTN .
I have Card on PLID 7 1 2 , in network Synchronization what PLID need 7 1 2 1

sorry i am not expert on ICP3300
 
Thanx at all , i have probably found problem .
Yesterday i have see that Mitel 3300 isn't sincronize with ISDN PRI , i have configure correctly clock TDM with ISDN PRI and today i haven't issue .
