Do you Know the "Error 17 robot full at move" for Exabyte X80?

Looks like this is a jukebox internal error. If you can reproduce it, plase look at the jukebox' documentation.

Thank You but I haven't documentation.
This is my Error: "NetWorker Media: (info) Jukebox `EX80' failed SJI Failure[0x 2c]: Unconditional retryable error".
I asked support to Exabyte but i need help very soon.

Have you disabled the RSM service?
If not, this could simply be a conflict between Networker and Windows.
It could be a problem on the SCSI card. Has it ever worked?
What O/S version/patch level?
What version of Networker?
What options did you use in jbconfig (what type of jukebox setup)?
