Error with VTL's

I recently set up a test between (2) v3000 systems, made the necessary changes in the dial plans, set up site codes 62 and 63 for my 2 sites. When I try to dial site code 62+ext I get "not allowed" on the LCD.... eg. 621700

Any ideas?? The VTL tests run fine

disregard...I had to bring the other system up to the same software revision
