Error with Recurring appointment

Hi all

I am a new to Exchange and have come across this error which is giving one of our users grief.
The Error is "Cannot read one instance of this recurring meetting. Close any open apppintments and try again, or recreate the appointment."
Seems like a lot of other people have had this error, but very few suggested solutions on the net. We run Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 and the meeting appointment is one that been rescheduled to anohter time slot. We have tried multiple client and different machines so the problem does not seem to be in Outlook.
We would be happy to just be able to delete the recurring meeting from the users calendar.
Hopefully someone will have a fix for this.

Whatever you do, dont call microsoft now, the wait times are 8 hours due to the DST issue.

You want to make sure that all of your servers and exchange servers are patched fully with all the new DST patches and up to SP2. There is a DST issue with recurring appointments.
