Error with Offline Address Book

I'm having a problem with the offline address book. Outlook 2003 in cached mode gives synch errors when trying to download the offline address book.

I've tried recreating the Offline Address Book and it is replicated between three exchange servers.

I'm also seeing the following related error message in the application log.

Does anyone have any further ideas on this problem?

I had a similar problem and found that the reference to the Offline Address Book on the Mailbox Store was empty.
After assigning the Offline Address Book (browse and found it), dismounting and remouting the Mailbox Store, the problem was resolved.
