Error with dreamweaver. Can not nest layers. Help!

Hello,

I need to nest layers in dreamweaver but I can't
do it.

Layer nesting is turned on in preferences.

I try to nest layers in every way possible but
can't do it.

Please help!

Never mind, problem solved!

The "Prevent Overlaps" checkbox was checked in the
layers panel. That's why layers couldn't be nested
because I couldn't get one layer into another.
