Error While Uploading Wave File

I am getting an error while importing a wave file CCR Tree1.
This is first file I am trying to upload. Nothing has been uploaded so far other than the file for Music on Hold.

The file is in .WAV format and file size= 158KB and File Name: MG1.wav

I get the following error message when I click in on the "Send" button under the Import section.

It gives me the same message when I try to upload the Company Greeting under Greeting Tables.

Most likely the reason must be mentioned in the webserver logs, I dont know how and where to check the logs.

I have downloaded the logs using element manager under the administration tab but could not find the webserver logs.

Please help.

All,

I was able to figure out the solution. BCM50 does not suppoty WAV format for company greetings. It supports .vbk.

I was trying to upload the .wav because previously I successfully uploaded the .wav file for Music On Hold. So I ssumed that .wav should also work for company greetings as well.

NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING.......
