Error when try to bring up dsm gui

Hi all,

I got the following error when i am trying to bring up dsm on the client box as below:

Could not load program dsm
Could not load library libtt.a[shr.o]
Error was: No such file or directory

The adsm client is installed successfully on our aix 4.2 box but i don't know why i am getting this error.

Please help.

what version of AIX?
is your Tivoli environment set?
can you find the libtt.a library?
what happens when you use 'watch' on the client?
can I get a free shell on your AIX box?

libtt.a, the file is part of the fileset X11.Dt.Tooltalk which is part of the CDE. You should find this fileset on your AIX installation CD.

Check the readme file or the client manual for the system requirements for the version of the ADSM/TSM Client that you are trying to install.

I have met the same issue before, fixed by installing x11.dt.
