Error when saving imr report as PDF

Hi,

When I tried to save the Impromptu report as pdf , I got the below error.

"The exception unkown sofware exception (0xe06d7363)occured in the application at location 0x7c4ea4e1"

Could any one help me in figure out this problem?

Hello

If the file to where you save the report as PDF is already open in Acrobat Reader, Impromptu crashes.
I don't know if this was your case.

We've never figured out why it does that. We have found that we have better luck when we 'save as' a new pdf file. Writing over an existing one can generate your error.
