Error When Running Scripts on CMS Ver 14

When trying to save a script on CMS the system get a windows 457 error. This happens on win XP and Win 7. Can anyone identify what this error is and what I can do to get this to work. totaly stumped.

Error 457 VB error (457) this key is already associated with an element of the collection
Location:REngine:frmOutput:Save:Script:1
