error when running my j2ee application

after deploying all on weblogic and running the application heres what I got
"javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve http:./localhost:7001/hello Resolved: '' Unresolved:'http:' ; remaining name '/localhost:7001/hello'"

could somebody help me on this.....

Are you sure it's not just a case of changing http:./ to http:// ?
