Error when installing Voicemail Pro

Hi All,

I get the following erroor when istalling VM Pro, any suggestions?

Error 3311.source file not found
C:users\matty\documents\avaya-applications\IP offce voicemail pro\voicem~1.cab

Verafy that teh file exist

And I can find it, any suggestions?

Some questions:
Did you download VM Pro from Avaya's support site?
What are the specs of the computer you are putting this on?

So I reviewed your case and determined that your spelling caused me not to understand if the file actually exists in the install directory. Perhaps you could try moving the entire install to a root directory and try again. Or perhaps you can simply re-download the install.

and shouldn't it be:
C:\users\matty\documents\avaya-applications\IP offce voicemail pro\voicem~1.cab

instead of:
C:users\matty\documents\avaya-applications\IP offce voicemail pro\voicem~1.cab

It's people like you who generalize.
