Error when dial out on SIP Trunk in Mitel 3300 3

i am facing problem on SIP Trunks when i am dialing from 5312,5324 and 5360 IP Phones sometimes i was able to dial and most of the times i am getting 'error' message on screen but there is no issue when dial out from 5212 and 5224 IP Phones. Any help Appreciated.

Compare the COS and COR of sets that can dial to those that can't

They have same cos and cor.

might be wideband related- disable g722 in the codecs

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I disabled the G722 in the codecs settings but still the same issue.

change the device type of a 5312 to 5212 and reboot. then test again

i have tried this already i programmed as 5212 and then i registered the Ip Phone it's automatically changed into the IP Phone form as (5312).
This is Latest version MCD 7.0 PR1 (13.0.0.83).
