Error When Connecting to Access Database

I am trying to connect Crystal 8.5 to a stand alone Access2000 database. I am receiving the following error:

Configuration Error
Library "pdbbtrv.dll" cannot be opened. Please check its configuration.

Any ideas out there?

That .dll is for Pervasive Btrieve connections.

How are you trying to connect to your Access db (directly to the .mdb, ODBC, etc.)?

In the ODBC Data Source Administrator, what driver is listed next to the data source you created. It should say "Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)".

If not, try deleting it and recreating it.

I'm getting the same error, however I'm using "Data file" as the connection type, not odbc.

Do you know how to solve that error?
