Hello,

I have done all the steps listed in the upgrade manual, and then went to activate it...and an error message popped up:

"Bank XXXX has damaged withdrawal data. You must clear withdrawal # 1234 and post the bank reconciliation before you can upgrade Bank Services."

Now here is the strange part. The only items I have listed are o/s cheques which are now at 2345. I cannot find a way to 'clear' this withdrawal. I would greatly appreciate some help with this as I cannot do the upgrade.

I am running 5.5A on SQL 2008 Express.

Look in the BKCHK table.
Also run RVSpy to track down the record.

Thanks ettienne. Found the records through RVSpy, but now how do I modify the table?

Managed to edit the table and correct the errors. Now successfully activated.
