Error viewing asp pages

i can't view asp pages with my win 2000 professional

i've got this error :

Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.

and when i went to event viewer
it gives me this 2 error messages"

1.The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'. The error was 'Server execution failed(warning)

2.The server {3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
(error)

anyone has any idea?

Try giving your IUSR_??? account read permissions on your winnt/system32 directory

that's where the asp.dll is stored

maybe i know how to set the account policy
for IUSR_???
