Error unregistering the OCX 1

Hello and hope I can find some help here.

A couple days ago, I started getting an error box. "INF Install failure. Reason : The data is invalid."

Now I am getting the following. "Error unregistering the OCX C:\Program Files\Common Files\Win Tools\WToolsB.dll."

Actually when I get the second message, it toggles back and forth between itself and the first message. A couple of toggles and it goes away.

I am lost.
