Error Trying to Setup Notes Archive 1

Hello there, hope someone can help. I have a user on Lotus Notes 5.0.11 who is trying to setup an archive for the first time. When she tries to click on Actions --> Archive --> Settings she gets the error "Invalid or Nonexistent Document."

I have tried replacing/refreshing the Design of her Mailbox. I have completely deinstalled and reinstalled the Notes client. Any ideas?

Could be caused by a corrupt profile document.

When trying to delete the profile document you get an error message that the Profile Document doesn't exist. Any more ideas?
