error TR0220

Hope someone can help as I am being driven mad.

I am building a cube with about 2.5 million rows of data. i have successfully run it here on our server but whwn trying to run on customer server I have this error.

TR0220

The temprary file for demand is empty check the data source contains data.

(demand is the name of the cube)

the cognos website suggests I try the cer2.ini and check the sortmemory, but that seems to be OK.

Any idea would be much appreciated,

Just a thought. Have you verified whether the temp variable created uses the user or system profile

got some help from Cognos is in the end, seems that it was to do with an empty dimension.

have got this error when adding a new project to the cube, can you expand on the solution a little with regards to the empty dimension
