Im getting this error

TR0146: Duplicate parts found for the temporary file f:/...mypath/.

Whenever I try to build a cube. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this. Iam fairly sure this is not a uniqueness violation error but I may be wrong. Any help would be greately appreciated

My first suggestion would be to search for any *.QY* files on your F drive. If any exist, delete them, then try again.

nope no .qy files.

the exact path is f:/temp2/0XD0C/OD if that makes a difference

a. Do you have write security to that location?
b. Is there sufficient space in that directory?
