ERROR: The string is non-numeric. -2147191667

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read my question.

Version: Crystal Reports 9 Advanced Edition.

When I attempt to e-mail a Crystal Report from our web application I recieve the following error message:

"ERROR: The string is non-numeric. -2147191667"

I have verified that the SMTP server is up and running and that I am able to export reports successfully.

Any ideas as to why this message may be appearing?

I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

In a possibly related issue, I recieve the following error message when trying to export the report in Crystal Reports format:

CRAXDT Error Occured on Server, -2147190548: Error in File ??: Missing or out-of-date export DLL.

Any ideas?
